It is our great pleasure to announce that the PNC 2018 Annual Conference and Joint Meetings will be co-located with DigitalHERITAGE 2018 in San Francisco from October 27th-30th, 2018. The main theme of the PNC 2018 is “Human Rights in Cyberspace.” The program will focus on topics including digital heritage, information technology, digital privacy and human rights.
The technical program of PNC 2018 Annual Conference and Joint Meetings (PNC 2018) will include invited keynote, paper presentations, workshops and poster session. The PNC 2018 provides a forum to encourage interdisciplinary collaborations for scholars and researchers from fields including information technology, humanities and social sciences.
The PNC online paper and poster submission system is open, the submission deadline is extended to June 15th and the author notification will be sent on August 1st. Authors are invited to submit a 6-8 pages technical paper manuscript in double-column IEEE format. The proceedings of the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library for indexing. Topics for submission include but are not limited to:

Full Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit full papers through EasyChair by June 15, 2018. The final manuscript (camera ready) will be required to submit by September 15, 2018. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously while being evaluated for this conference. The required length of paper is 6-8 pages including figures, tables & references. All submitted paper must conform to the IEEE Template for conference proceedings.
Poster Submission
Vendors or Institutions are welcome to take this opportunity to show research results that are related to the conference main theme. Authors are invited to submit abstracts (max. 500 words) by May 20, 2018. For poster competition, participants are required to give an oral orientation. The best poster award will be selected after evaluation of the Grading Committee.
