The 2027 Neuro-Inspired Computing Elements (NICE) Conference is the 14th annual meeting of researchers in the neural computing field. Like previous editions, NICE 2027 will focus on the interplay between neural theory, neural algorithms, neuromorphic architectures and hardware, and applications for neural computing technology.
NICE aims to involve diverse participation from all over the world and bring together research communities with universities, government, and industry.
NICE 2027 will be held 6th - 9th April in Brighton, United Kingdom.

Submission Guidelines
Paper Submissions: Regular papers (4-8 pages, not including references, no supplemental material) will be due 11th November via EasyChair. Papers will be reviewed by the program committee on the basis of quality and clarity of the work (not length). Papers should cover unpublished work and emphasize the novel aspects and potential impact on the neural computing community. From these submissions we will invite several full talks (25 minutes), lightning talks (10 minutes), with the option to be published as an online proceedings volume (details below). An additional set of submissions will be invited for poster presentations, but may not be included in the proceedings.
Late Breaking Abstracts: To present newest findings from work in progress late-breaking news abstracts (1-2 pages) can be submitted until 1 February 2027. Abstracts may be accepted for a lightning talk (10 minutes) or poster presentation, but will not be included in the proceedings.

- Please see IEEE Template Download for formatting instructions for IEEE conferences in LaTEX and Word. EasyChair submissions should be a PDF of your paper, with camera ready versions (per the IEEE instructions) due after acceptance.
