The College of Computer Studies and Engineering and College of Business of Lorma Colleges in cooperation of with Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators(PSITE-RO1) will be holding the 2nd National Conference on Computing, Engineering and Business (NCCEB2019), with the theme: “Cultivating Innovation and Entrepreneurship for 21st Century Competence”, on December 5 and 6, 2019 at Oasis Country Resort, San Fernando City, La Union. This is one of the projects of the College recognized as Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Center of Development in Information Technology Education and a venue for students to present and share their research work and solutions along the fields of information technology, engineering, and business as indicated in Section 8, CMO no. 25 series of 2015.
The event will provide presentations delivered by researchers from the keynote speakers, a community of scholars, including presentations from faculty researchers, industry practitioners, graduate, and undergraduate research works.
Moreover, NCCEB 2019 will highlight lectures from renowned researchers, educators, and IT practitioners
NCCEB2019 will confer the following awards for the Faculty/Professional and Student Researchers including the Best Paper (Professional and Student Category - Full Paper Only) and Best Poster Paper.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. All submitted papers will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers and must get an average positive rating for inclusion in the conference program and CD-ROM proceedings
- Authors should be recommended by the department concerned affiliated in any of the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
- The papers should follow the standard ACM Format full paper template and should indicate the name of the authors, and their HEI affiliation. https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template
- All authors should submit original, unpublished and currently not in review, and full research papers (4-6 pages) and must be submitted as PDF through the EasyChair Conference System at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ncceb2019
- All accepted posters should follow the NCCEB2019 poster template.
- An author can only present one research paper (15 minutes) or poster (during the poster session) in congress.
- Authors of accepted papers and posters should register and pay the regular conference fee, inclusive of AM snacks, Lunch, PM snacks, Certificates and Conference Kit (exclusive of accommodation)
- For PSITE Members Php 650.00.
- For Non-PSITE Members Php 850.00
