Interdisciplinary Aspects on IPR, Technology and Competition Laws (IPTC 2022).
Innovation has always been a catalyst in a growing economy. The advent of fresh innovations gives rise to healthy competition at macro as well as micro economic levels. IP laws helps to protect these innovations from being exploited unlawfully. Also, innovation has a different protection in the area of cyberspace. Hence, this international conference will help to generate and increase understanding of the relationship between intellectual property (IP), technology and competition law and policy. It aims to bring together leading academicians, policy makers, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects in relation to the theme of this conference. This conference will stimulate research and invoke a healthy discussion on contemporary challenges in digital market economy, digitalization and digital governance. The participants will get an opportunity to develop a better understanding about competition law, cyber law, and IP Rights. In addition, it will help to establish a close network among the academicians, researchers, students and industry so as to develop an environment for exchange of ideas between academia and industry.
Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission:-The abstract should not be more than 500 words by 16th August. You are required to submit your full and original paper by 20th September 2022. The following paper categories are welcome:

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
A soft copy (Microsoft Word) of the full-length paper (4000 - 8000 words) needs to be uploaded on https://easychair.org/cfp/nIPTC-2022 atest by 16th August, 2022. Also for the text citation and referencing, APA 6th Edition is required to be followed.
