MedTSFM@ICDM 2026: The International Workshop on Medical Time Series Analytics and Foundation Models invites original research contributions on all aspects of medical time series analytics and foundation models.

The workshop will be held in conjunction with IEEE ICDM 2026, the world’s premier research conference in data mining, which covers algorithms, software, systems, and applications across data mining and machine learning. MedTSFM@ICDM 2026 aims to bring together researchers, clinicians, and practitioners from data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence, healthcare, bioinformatics, and clinical medicine to discuss emerging methods and real-world applications for medical time series and foundation models.

Submission Guidelines

Please submit the papers in EasyChair at ICDM 2026 Workshop Submission Portal.

Manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format following the standard IEEE ICDM template, see https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates. Full papers cannot exceed 9 pages; short papers cannot exceed 4 pages, including references and appendices.
