LCA Foods 2022 - Call for abstracts
We are pleased to announce the 13th International Conference on Life Cycle Assessent of Food (LCA Foods 2022), a biannual conference that will take place in October 2022 and will be held as a hybrid conference, in which face-to-face and virtual interaction will be promoted in a post-pandemic world. This current edition is hosted by the Peruvian Life Cycle Assessment and Industrial Ecology Network (PELCAN) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
The official language of the conference will be English; however, we are planning to have a special session of oral presentations and posters in Spanish and Portuguese. Selection will be based on a peer review process for abstracts and proceedings.
Aims of the conference
Continue with the work done in previous LCA Food conferences by creating a space for the LCA community to share and discuss about their advancements. Foster networking between research groups and industries on a global scale. Provide a space for LCA practitioners and developers to exchange ideas on methodological developments. Introduce policy-makers and industries in Latin America and the Caribbean to the world of LCA, allowing them to meet the LCA community.
