The IEEE Latin American Symposium on Circuits and Systems (LASCAS) is the premier flagship international conference for the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) in Latin America (Region 9). It serves as a high-quality forum for researchers, professionals, and students globally to present innovative trends and concepts in hardware architecture and microelectronics.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome.

Page & file specifications

• Template: Use the Manuscript Templates of IEEE Conference Proceedings
• Paper length: Maximum 5 pages total, with 4 pages for technical content and 1 optional page for additional references.
• Paper size: A4 (210mm x 297mm).
• File format: PDF format only (maximum file size: 2.0 MB – 5.0 MB).
• Security: Do not apply security settings to your PDF file.
• Page numbers: Do not include page numbers, headers, or footers in the submitted file.

Language & review

• Papers are written and presented in English.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version (at least 50% extra material) for possible publication in the IEEE Open Journal of Circuits and Systems (OJ-CAS).
