IWCN 2027, the International Workshop on Computational Nanotechnology, will be held April 19–22, 2027 at the Ambassador Hotel Hsinchu, Taiwan. Held since 1992 (originally as IWCE), IWCN is the leading international forum on modeling and simulation of nanoscale electronic devices and materials. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
Submission Guidelines
Submission is a two-stage process. Submit a 2-page abstract in PDF format (IEEE conference paper format, A4 or US Letter, fonts embedded, under 10 MB, English only) for review. Authors of accepted abstracts will submit a 4-page final paper.
Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system: https://paper-reg.nycu.site/event/1/abstracts/ Each accepted paper must be covered by a full registration of a presenting author by March 8, 2027. Papers may be presented on site or by live remote presentation.
