The 23rd Conference „Information Society and University Studies“ IVUS2018 is a joint event that brings together three conferences: IT2018, ICYRIME2018, SYSTEM2018 and is aimed at Master & PhD students as well as at young scientists at the beginning of their career to share ideas, present research results and provide new scientific opportunities. The participation of researchers and practitioners of the field is also encouraged.
The Conference Information Technologies IT2018 aims at stimulation of cooperation and creation forum for discussions between Master,PhD students, young scientists, researchers, practitioners and commercial institutions to provide new scientific and career opportunities.
Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts should be written in English. A manuscript should not exceed more than 5000 words and 12 pages, with the IEEE conference template. All the papers must be submitted to conference paper management system and accompanied by the Copyright Transfer Form (for the camera ready submission of accepted papers).
Submissions will be handled electronically through the conference website. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously. Submitted papers must conform to the format of proceedings publication. All papers will be peer-reviewed by the International Program Committee, judged with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance to session topics. The reviewing process of submitted papers will be single-blind. The final version of the paper must be prepared and resubmitted considering the remarks of the reviewer.

Publication
Conference pre-proceedings will be published in a printed conference pre-proceedings book with ISSN 2029-249X. After the conference the authors will have the opportunity to revise and extend their papers. Conference post-proceedings (selected papers) will be published online in CEUR WS indexed by Scopus, Google Scholar and others).
Fees and Attendance
The attendance of the conference is free. Local authors will deliver presentations in a traditional form. The remote presenters can present their papers using the teleconferencing system (webinar). The official language of the conference is English.
