Information on Registration for the Workshop
The beginning of September is very intensive touristic season in Budapest. Available rooms in the hotel might be soon limited. So please make your decision as early as possible, book your room through the conference site in time and register for the conference and / or for the workshops.

One or more of the authors must register for the workshop on the conference web site http://www.adbis2018.org/ and attend ISTREND 2018 (ADBIS 2018) Workshop to present the paper.
Naturally, you may attend the ADBIS 2018 conference as well, and register for it separately and pay the registration fee.
Payment: you can create and download your pro-forma invoice using the on-line registration system. The deadline for payment is 8 days. Please note, that the registration fee should be received by the conference organizers not later than 20th June, 2018.

Submission Guidelines
Submitted papers should present substantially original results not currently under review or published elsewhere. Papers should be written in English and must comply with the Springer formatting guidelines (instructions for authors are available at https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines).
Papers should be formatted either in Latex and submitted in PDF format, or *. doc format using the online submission system.
Paper length is limited to 12 pages.
Accepted (and presented) papers will be published in Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science series. We also plan to invite selected papers for publication in a journal.

If any of the authors contributing to ADBIS Workshops 2018 are interested in Open Access or Open Choice, please refer to our webpage. We would need the address(es) for the invoice(s) and the CC-BY Consent-to-Publish form(s) at the same time as the files for the publication.
Volume editors and authors who have included their email addresses in their papers will receive an email roughly four weeks after publication of the proceedings, linking them to their personal My Springer page. From here, they will be able to download the pdf of the entire volume. In addition, authors and editors are entitled to a 40% discount off Springer publications. Details are given on the MySpringer page.
Copyright
The camera-ready version of each
accepted papers (sources in a zip + separate pdf) and the filled and
manually signed copyright form (in pdf obtained after scanning) should
be uploaded as proceeding author into EasyChair, Proceeding Papers.
"3.1 Copyright Form
A prefilled copyright form is usually available from the conference website. Please
send your signed copyright form to your conference publication contact, either as a
scanned PDF or by fax or by courier. The corresponding author must sign the form on
behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, having gained their permission to do
so. He or she signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf
of any and all co-authors. Digital signatures are not acceptable. The corresponding
author must be available to check the paper before it is published. Please note that
once a paper has been delivered to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the
paper cannot be made. Authors names cannot be added or deleted, their order cannot
