ISICO 2021 Call For Paper
The Information Systems International Conference (ISICO) is a biannual conference in Information Systems held by the Department of Information Systems, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia, dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practices in Information Systems (IS) since 2011. The main philosophy of ISICO’s presence is to widen the research collaboration among IS researchers worldwide. In this two-day conference, authors of regular papers and invited speakers will present the cutting-edge development in the field.
The Sixth ISICO 2021 theme is “Unleashing the Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Information System for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals”. Our spirit towards this conference is to promote Information System as a collaborator in today’s interdisciplinary works (researches or projects) for dealing with the Sustainable Development Goals’ issues. For the first time, ISICO will be held virtually as we concern about the safety and well-being of our participants in this COVID-19 situation.
We look forward to significant contributions in all major fields of information systems and information technology, especially those involving interdisciplinary collaboration, that will help to achieve 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to meet and share their experiences and knowledge. It provides opportunities for academicians and scientists along-with professionals, policymakers, and practitioners from various fields in a global realm to present their research contributions and views, interact, and build connections for future collaboration with members inside and outside their own particular disciplines.
All submitted papers will undergo at least double-blind review and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Final acceptance of approved camera-ready papers will be contingent on incorporating reviewers’ feedback to the satisfaction of the Editors-in-chief. Authors of accepted papers must give an oral presentation of their paper(s) at the conference. After being presented at ISICO 2021, the approved camera-ready papers will be published under Procedia Computer Science (waiting for approval) under Elsevier Publisher which is OPEN ACCESS. By making the publication everlasting open, a researcher could continuously promote his/her research interests.
