Aim And Scope
The International Workshop of Innovation and Smart Government 2023 is an international scientific workshop dedicated to the investigation of innovation and smart government through the application of information technologies. The workshop will take place on september 12 2023 in Hybrid mode. The prime goals are:
(i) to provide a forum for the information technology community, bringing together researchers and academic of the field to share ideas about R&D projects
(ii) to increase the adoption of information technologies in government of the region.
(iii) disseminate research and related innovation projects through new digital technologies in public administration and digital transformation for smart government

Submissions
SGOV 2023 invites to submit high-quality unpublished research papers on the topics of the workshop. The submissions cannot be under review or acceptance for publication in a journal or another event. The papers will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers and submitted for plagiarism detection check.
The submissions must be written in English and in one-column paper format used for (CEUR proceedings) MS Word templates (docx) file:

We receive the following types of submissions:
- Full papers (12-15 pages)
- Short papers (6-8 pages)

Publication
Selected papers will be submitted to CEUR Workshop Proceedings for online publication (indexed in Scopus).
