The ISD2017 Conference provides a forum for discussing research and developments in the field of information systems development. New trends in developing information systems emphasize advances in development methods, tools and management. The influence of information of systems and technologies on organizational structures, processes and people is paralleled by the impact of new organizational structures and social dynamics on information systems development, functionality and management. The ISD2017 Conference focuses on these mutual influences in order to promote research into methodological issues and ways in which information systems designers are transforming organizations and society.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers describing the latest developments in ISD and particularly on methods and tools used to design, create, and maintain information systems.

Publication
The ISD Proceedings will be published in the Association for Information Systems (AIS) eLibrary. In addition, a selection of the best papers (by invitation) will be published by Springer as a separate volume of the Lecture Notes in Information Systems and Organization series (indexed by Scopus; subject to final approval). Venue
The conference will be held in Larnaca, Cyprus at the campus of UCLan Cyprus.
The campus of UCLan Cyprus is based in Pyla, a unique and beautiful community in the Larnaca district. The location is unique due to a direct access to the island’s motorway network linking all the main cities of Cyprus. The campus is about 26Km (a 20-minute drive) from Larnaca International Airport, 15km from Larnaca’s city centre and 2.5km from the nearest blue flag beach.
