"Knowledge of Law for Everyone"

The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for Undergraduates, Postgraduates, Academics, Innovators, Legal practitioners, other Professionals and Researchers to distribute knowledge and ideas focusing on recent trends in the field of Law. In addition, the conference focuses on promoting research and developmental activities in Law. The conference aims to enhance scientific information interchange between legal and non-legal communities around the world.

The conference will cover a broad spectrum of relevant themes, methodologies and research approaches including empirical, conceptual, socio-legal review and case studies. Original papers are invited based on the tracks outlined under ‘Knowledge of Law for Everyone’ that are illustrative to the scope of the conference, but are not meant to be exhaustive.

EdHat International – UK, along with its partner Universities and Institutions cordially invites Academics, Practitioners, Scholars, Researchers and Policy makers to present their papers at IRCLaW 2023. The papers are to be submitted via an online portal. A double blind peer review will be carried out to evaluate the work. Students, undergraduates and postgraduates, are welcomed and highly encouraged to present the findings of their ongoing research at this conference. The papers are not merely restricted to the listed tracks, submissions are also encouraged under unlisted tracks with appropriate topics. Recommendations and changes will be subjected to the decisions of the reviewers.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be Original and NO simultaneous submissions possible with another journal or conference:

Publication/inclusion of LLB and LLM students’ dissertations

In terms of academic freedom, LLB and LLM students may publish their dissertation work, but there should be a clear acknowledgement that work was submitted as a dissertation or coursework as part of their programme of study.
All papers will go through plagiarism checks. Self-plagiarism is not allowed at submission, so please paraphrase the topic and content of your dissertation.

Abstract & Extended Abstract Submissions

Initially, authors are expected to submit their Abstracts & Extended Abstracts.
Authors may submit their Abstracts and Extended Abstracts according to the given guidelines.
Authors, at the acceptance of their Abstracts, are eligible to submit their Camera-ready Copies based on the template attached with the notification mail.
All accepted Abstracts will be published online.
The acceptance of the work ensures that the work will be presented at the conference. If the work involves more than one author, the presence of at least one author is expected at the conference.

* Do not include section headings, citations, references, figures and tables in Abstracts.

* Follow OSCOLA referencing method in Extended Abstracts.
