IFTC 2018: The 15th International Forum of Digital TV and Multimedia Communication Academic Activity Center For Chinese Academy Of Sciences (Hope Hotel), 500, Zhaojiabang Road Shanghai, China, September 20-21, 2018

The 15^th International Forum of Digital TV and Multimedia Communication (15^th IFTC) is a summit forum in the field of digital TV and multimedia communication. The Forum is co-hosted by SIGA, The China International Industry Fair 2018 (CIIF 2018) and Springer CCIS (approval pending), and co-sponsored by Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), IEEE BTS Chapter of Shanghai Section. The 15^th IFTC serves as an international bridge for extensively exchanging the latest research advances of digital TV and multimedia communication around the world as well as the relevant policies of industry authorities. The Forum is also to promote the technology, equipment and application in the field of digital TV and multimedia by comparing the characteristics, framework, significant techniques and their maturity, analyzing the performance of various applications in terms of scalability, manageability and portability and discussing the interfaces among varieties of networks and platforms. We warmly welcome international and domestic researchers, government officials and industry leaders to Shanghai to share your visions on digital TV and multimedia communication together.

Submission Guidelines

Authors should submit a PDF version of their papers of 10-15 pages including results, figures and references using the Springer template. Papers will be accepted only in English by electronic submission at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iftc2018. 

Best paper and best student paper awards will be presented at the conference.
