(The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our highest priority. Given that the Covid-19 has become a worldwide pandemic, ICSS program committee decides to postpone the conference from July 6-9, 2020 to Dec. 19-21, 2020. We plan to have a solely virtual conference. Peer-reviewed and accepted papers will still be published. Note that part of planned activities is subject to change.)

Conferene Theme
2020 INFORMS Conference on Service Science (ICSS2020) program committee is committed to organizing a quality program with diverse participants who will share their visions, knowledge and experience in Service Science Research, Education, and Applications. The conference theme is AI and Analytics for Public Health.
This conference presents an excellent opportunity for you to present your Service Science related research, education, and implementation work, to learn about the emerging technologies and applications, and to network with international leaders and professionals in the field. We sincerely invite you to submit a paper/abstract.
Registration ( substantially reduced as it will be virtually hosted)
$500 for a regular INFORMS member. $550 for a non-INFORMS member. $380 for a student. Early registration deadline: Oct 31, 2020. After Oct 31, 2020, $50 must be added in your registration fee. Registration fees will be abstract- or paper-based.

Paper or Abstract Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Abstracts (from a new or published study) are welcome. Regular papers must be written in English, be at most eight pages long (including figures, tables, and references), formatted in ICSS proceedings format, and submitted as a PDF or word through this conference paper submission website (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icss2020). Accepted papers will be indexed by Web of Science (i.e., CPCI).

Two Best Paper Awards (subject to change)
- The conference will organize two best paper awards: (1) ICSS Best Student Paper award and (2) ICSS 2020 Best Conference Paper award. Only accepted full/short papers will be considered for the awards. For the Best Student Paper award competition, the first author must be a student at the time of paper submission.
- When you submit your paper, please indicate which category of competition your paper would like to be considered. You can only select to compete in one of the two awards. If you select to compete for the Best Student Paper award, you attest that the first author is a student at the time of paper submission.
