ICSGPS 2027 ( The 4th International Conference on Smart Grids and Power Systems) is an exciting event that will focus on the frontier research areas of smart grids and power systems. The conference aims to provide a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to come together and discuss the latest innovations, trends, and concerns in these fields. At ICSGPS 2027, participants will have the opportunity to present their research findings and engage in meaningful discussions with experts and scholars from universities and research institutions worldwide. Submission Guidelines

1. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. To download the paper template, please go to the official website of the conference: http://www.icsgps.org/ .

2. Review Cycle. All articles will be reviewed by the conference committee and divided into three rounds of review. You will receive review comments within 7-15 working days.

3. Article Admission. If your article is accepted, we will notify you via email and you will receive the following documents: admission notice, review comments, registration form, and registration instructions.

4. Index Information. All papers accepted through peer review、guest editor review and successfully registered，will be submitted to be published, and also will be submitted to EI for index.

5. Please prepare your paper based on the following points:

• The paper must be an original manuscript in full English, not a pure review, and must meet the requirements of a scientific paper as a whole. The abstract, keywords, and conclusion sections must reflect the conference theme, have academic or practical promotion value, and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences.
• Please edit your paper according to the template and submit the full text (Word and PDF documents) to the submission system (please contact the conference secretary or consult through the official email).
• The layout of the article is a double column layout, with a minimum of 4 pages for the main text and 5 pages for literature. The content of the article should include methods, formulas, charts, images, experimental data, conclusions, etc. If it exceeds 5 pages, a page exceeding fee must be paid.
• The author can check for duplicates at their own expense through CrossRef or other query systems. The final manuscript repetition rate shall not exceed 25% (including literature), and the single item repetition rate shall not exceed 3%. Otherwise, the rejected manuscript caused by the article repetition rate will be the responsibility of the author.
