"3rd International Conference on Data Science and Applications (ICONDATA'20)", hosted by İstanbul Rumeli University, will be held on June 25-28, 2020 in cooperation with Istanbul Rumeli University, Yalova University, Bilecik Seyh Edebali University and Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. We are pleased to share your scientific work based on the datasets at the conference.
The our previous conferences were held more than 100 scientists from many countries shared their experiences and worked with their colleagues. Our conference introduces a data-change platform that enables online data sharing among conference participants.
All paper submissions will be double-blind and peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical, research content, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Papers accepted as abstract text, full text, poster and virtual presentation after the review stage will be published in our full text paper book and abstract text papers book. In addition, the best 30 paper determined by the committee will be published in Data Science and Applications and Data Science (Veri Bilimi) journals which are contracted as articles.
Conference language is English and Turkish.

Submission Guidelines
The program committee invites you to submit your paper in English or Turkish for ICONDATA'20. The submissions should be sent as Word (*.DOCx) file via EasyChair system online, link below. You will need an EasyChair account to submit your paper. If not, you can sign up an account on EasyChair by clicking the link given below.

The submitted papers are grouped as follows:
• Full text paper (4 to 10 pages)
• Abstract paper (1 to 2 pages)
• Poster papers (4 to 10 pages)
Submitted papers to ICONDATA'20 must be original, not previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere and must not be submitted to any other event or publisher during the entire review process. The policy regarding plagiarism and duplicate submission/publication will be strictly enforced.
