ICOBL 2019 aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, scholar and students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Online and Blended Learning, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Online, Blended Learning and related areas.
Submission Guidelines
All submitted papers should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Papers submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
Each paper must be no more than 8 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references). Paper that has been submitted will go through a review process. The paper will be sent to the reviewers and conducted a blind review. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
