Submission Guidelines

1. Full paper (Presentation and publication)All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

- Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be publsihed in the conference proceeding.

2. Abstract (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

Please log in the Electronic Submission System; ( .pdf only) to submit your abstracts.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
