Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Please LOGIN and submit full paper that will be reviewed for relevance, technical merit, and clarity. The submission Web page for ICERA 2023 (6th International Conference on Engineering and Research Application) is https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icera-2023
• Please use Springer-template when preparing your paper for submission. Each paper should not be more than 6 pages. Each additional page will be charged an extra fee of $10. Download Springer Template & Sample
• Choose at least ONE primary topic and ONE secondary topic for your paper at the time of submission. The topics must be related to your paper. This information will be used by the committee for assigning appropriate reviewers and scheduling sessions.
• After submission, you may still make as many changes as you wish. However, this must be done before the given submission deadline. After this date, you may no longer edit, re-submit, add co-author, re-order author listing, etc.
• Full paper submission deadline by July 10, 2023.
• Authors will be notified of a decision after 30 days from submission date.
• Final paper submission within 10 days after receving acceptance letter.
