The great demand for new and existing wireless services with higher data rates has led to an apparent shortage of the available spectrum. However, the spectrum has become a bottleneck for the development of wireless services. Therefore, many studies have shown that the spectrum is mostly underutilized in space and time due to the regulatory policies that allows only static spectrum allocation. Significant efforts have been made to improve the wireless spectrum efficiency in order to meet the future demand for high-data-rate wireless communication. Moreover, with the fast development and the increasing of the number of users of the smartphone technologies, more and more people are relying on mobile applications for localization and navigation. For the next decade the mobile broadband market is expected to grow and reach a level where the average data consumption per user is orders of magnitude greater than today. For the telecom industry it is a magnificent challenge to design and deploy these high-capacity wireless networks taking into account limitations in cost, energy and radio spectrum. Furthermore, the purpose of this conference is to bring together researchers, engineers and practitioners from all over the world, interested in the advances of automatic, power systems, energy conversion, power electronics, and electric drives. The scope of the conference is to provide scientific and professional interactions for the advancement of the electric energy field. The recent development of complex systems such as smart grid, distributed power systems, electric vehicles & traction systems, and renewable energy systems are encouraged. The conference shall encourage the participants to discuss the great variety of challenges and opportunities in electrical energy systems and improve the reliability of the communication systems.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Authors interested in submitting a paper are kindly requested to prepare a synopsis of three to six A4‐pages in IEEE  template.
