International Conference on Cognitive Systems and Information Processing (ICCSIP 2023), with the theme Behavior Learning and Behavior Intelligent, will be held in Luoyang, China during August, 2023. The conference aims to bring together experts from different professional fields to discuss the latest progress in the field of behavioral learning intelligence and intelligent information processing, and to present new research results and perspectives on future development. The attendees will be invited to participate in the 2023 Global AI Product Application Expo, AI Elite Forum, robot challenges and etc. This conference is hosted by Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, organized by Tsinghua University, Henan University of Science and Technology, Cognitive Systems and information Processing Society of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Computing and Systems Society of Chinese Association of Automation, co-organizedby Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, Zhongyuan University of Technology, Luoyang Instituteof Science and Technology, Luoyang Normal University and technically sponsored by Science in China Series F:Information Sciences, IET Cognitive Computation and Systems and National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Authors are invited to submit full-length papers (at least 12 pages) by the submission deadline through the online submission system. Potential organizers are also invited to enlist five or more papers with cohesive topics to form special sessions.

The submitted paper implies that it is original and has not been submitted under review or is not copyright-protected elsewhere and will be presented by an author if accepted. All submitted papers will be refereed by experts in the field based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality, and clarity. The authors of accepted papers will have an opportunity to revise their papers and take consideration of the referees' comments and suggestions.
