The aim of the conference is to facilitate the exchange of scientific knowledge and utilitarian between professionals in the field of theoretical computer science and applied informatics. The conference will be an opportunity to present their achievements, to exchange experiences and views.
We hope that this will contribute to raising the standard and increasing the efficiency of scientific research and training of human resources in research and application of information technology in the economy, agriculture, medicine and education.
The proceedings will take the form of providing lectures, scientific papers and communications connected with the discussion.

All work must be original and not simultaneously submitted to other journal or conference.
Deadline for submission of abstracts and full papers longer is the 31 th March 2017.
Prepare paper according to the guidelines of format ( Word document ). It should also be found here Visibility form that must be completed for all the adopted documents .

Authors can use the system for submitting sites operated by the chair café conference system to submit their work. If you do not already have an account chair is available you will need to create, and then log on to submit their documents. Please read the instructions for submitting proposals for the system.
Assembly Instructions
Both long (8 pages max., Approximately 8000 words) and short (4 pages max., Approximately 4,000 words) application paper should be written in English and be submitted in electronic form via the conference chair is available. Submission formats are PDF files and Microsoft Word using the IEEE conference paper word that can be found in the relevant IEEE website . Authors who wish to present a poster, industry Proof of Concept (PoC), Work in Progress (WIP), research ideas, or doctoral seminar may submit a 2 - page extended abstract using the system for submitting sites operated by the chair café conference system, which, if accepted will appear in the conference materials.
accepted papers
Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, importance, significance, and clarity of presentation. Authors should certify that their documents are essentially a new job previously unreleased. Submission of a paper implies that the intention is one of the authors presenting the paper, if accepted and that at least one of the authors to register the full conference fee.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
The best papers
The best paper in each section will be selected, and their author (s) will receive the corresponding prize Certificate. The authors of the best 20% -25% of papers presented at the conference will be invited to bring their work to their publication in a number of special assessment expert magazines.
