Call for Papers: The 31st Global Chinese Conference on Computers in Education (GCCCE 2027)
About the Conference
The inaugural Global Chinese Conference on Computers in Education (GCCCE) was held in May 1997. The 31st GCCCE, to be held from 31 May 2027 to 3 June 2027, is co-organised by the Global Chinese Society for Computers in Education (GCSCE) and Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). It will bring together scholars, educators, and policymakers to share and discuss their latest research and findings. The conference programme will include keynote speeches, paper presentations, workshops, doctoral student forums, teacher forums, and panel discussions.
Conference Theme
The 31st GCCCE will be held by Singapore University of Social Sciences from 31 May 2027 to 3 June 2027. The theme of this year's conference is:
“Learning for Life: Connecting People, Pedagogies, and Technologies for Tomorrow”
Call for Papers
GCCCE 2027 welcomes original research papers, case studies, and practice reports related to the following themes:
- C1: Learning Sciences, Educational Neuroscience, and Computer-supported Collaborative Learning
- C2: Mobile, Ubiquitous & Contextual Learning
- C3: Joyful Learning, Educational Games, and Digital Toys
- C4: Technology Applications in Higher Education and Adult Learning, Teacher Professional Development
- C5: Technology-enhanced Language and Humanities Learning
- C6: Artificial Intelligence in Education Applications and Practices, Intelligent Learning Environments
- C7: Learning Analytics and Learning Assessment
- C8: STEM and Maker Education
- C9: Educational Technology: Innovations, Policies & Practice
- English Paper Track

Paper Submission Guidelines
Full manuscripts shall be submitted to the conference for review. Abstract submissions will NOT be accepted. This conference uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. Please kindly note that when authors submit papers for review, the authors’ information has to be blinded in the title, the content, and the references. After the paper is accepted, the author information will be displayed in the final version of the submitted paper.
Since 2020, all sub-conferences of GCCCE will only accept papers submitted in Chinese. Therefore, papers submitted to all sub-conferences must be written in Chinese (Long paper: 8 pages; Short paper: 4 pages; Poster: 2 pages). Chinese papers must include titles, abstracts, and keywords in both Chinese and English, and the full paper in PDF format must be uploaded to the conference website: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=gccce2027. Please refer to the paper submission templates for formatting your paper. Please note that all English papers, regardless of topic, should be submitted to the “English Paper Track.”
At least one author is required to register and present for publication once a paper is accepted.

论文提交须知
本研讨会只接受论文全文（不论是长、短论文或海报论文）提交，不接受摘要提交。本会议采用「双盲」審稿制度，即在论文作者和论文评审者姓名互不公开的情况下对论文进行匿名评审。因此，在论文评审阶段，论文作者提交论文时需将作者信息从文中删除（包括题目、正文部分及参考文献）。在论文被录取后，最终论文定稿提交时则需显示相关作者信息。
自2020年起，GCCCE各子会议将只征集中文论文。因此，投稿子会议的论文，须以中文撰写（长篇八页、短篇四页、海报两页）。中文论文须提供中英文标题、摘要和关键词，并以PDF格式上传全文至大会投稿网站： https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=gccce2027。请参考大会论文格式范例准备论文。请注意所有的英文论文，不分主题，请投往「English Paper Track」。
论文一经接受，至少需有一位作者报名并出席发表论文。
