Guidelines for Submission
All submissions should be uploaded to the EasyChair Portal to be reviewed by the EUNIS 2021 Scientific Committee (ESC). A two-stage process will be used:
Stage 1: Extended Abstract
The first submission consists of a 3-page “Extended Abstract” (also called “paper” in the submission form), which includes an “Abstract” of no more than 300 words for use on the website.
Authors have to fill the (less than 300 words) Abstract on the EasyChair submission form, and upload the 3-page Extended Abstract as the "paper".
For accepted submissions, the Extended Abstracts will be included in the EUNIS “Book of Abstracts” and a presentation will be allowed during the Congress. The Abstract will be displayed in the congress website/application.
Stage 2: Full Paper
Authors of accepted Extended Abstracts will be encouraged to submit a 10-page Full Paper. Full Papers will be selected by the ESC for publication in the open access EPiC Series in Computing, indexed by Scopus. Applicants for a EUNIS award, and/or for a Vietsch Foundation funding are required to submit a Full Paper.
All submissions should follow the EUNIS template optimised for EasyChair publications.

Extended Abstract acceptance: April 23, 2021

Presentation at the Congress
The Organizing Committee currently plans on holding the EUNIS 2021 congress with a remote attendance format. We will keep regularly monitoring the situation related to COVID-19 and update the website accordingly, as soon as new information is made available. The format of the event may change to a mixed (remote and physical) attendance, depending on the conditions, since safety and well-being of all congress participants is our top priority.
