Call for Presentations: Consumers of Distributed Knowledge Graphs in Digital, Industry and Space
The Distributed Knowledge Graph COST Action working group 2 is about consumers of distributed knowledge graphs. The focus areas of the COST Action in the next grant period will be aligned with the focus area Digital, Industry and Space of Horizon Europe.
To continue the work on the scientific program of working group 2, we invite researchers and technology experts from the member countries of the Distributed Knowledge Graph COST Action to submit poster proposals for presentation at the virtual meeting on February 16 2022, 16:00 to 18:30 CET.
Submissions
We invite submissions of up to 2 pages (A4 paper, 12pt font, 2.5 cm margins, PDF format only) in English fitting the topic of Consumers of Distributed Knowledge Graphs in Digital, Industry and Space.
The proposals may refer to new material as well as results published previously in another venue or journal. We also welcome experience reports and reports on work in progress.
Submissions could include the following topics (but are not limited to):
- Applying distributed knowledge graphs in manufacturing and space
- Applying distributed knowledge graphs in robotics
- Knowledge representation in Digital Twins
- Syntactic or semantic interoperability in the Internet of Things
- Applications of the standards around the Web of Things
- Distributed knowledge graphs supporting Artificial Intelligence applications
- Distributed knowledge graphs across premises
We plan with a lightweight review process to check whether the submissions are in scope for the meeting.
Presentations
We plan to organise the presentation of the accepted submissions in two ways:
- a plenary session, with a 10-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and
- a classical poster session, which will allow for parallel discussions.
