Submission Guidelines

All undergraduate, graduate students, post-doctoral fellows and faculty members within the Faculty of Computer Science are encouraged to submit an extended abstract based on their active (or past) research. If you are submitting works that were recently published in other venues (i.e. 2017-2018), please indicate the publication details in the abstract.

We accept four types of submissions:

• The extended abstract must be at most 3 pages long
• The full paper (recommended for previously published works) must be minimum 5 pages long
• The flash talk must include a at least 1 paragraph description and the presentation slide deck or a working draft
• The poster presentation must include the title and a description of the contents of the poster

Important: Works must be submitted in the PDF file format.

Important: In your submission, indicate whether you will be presenting your work with an Oral Presentation or a Poster Presentation.
