信息检索学术研究面向人类精准获取信息与知识的需求，研究成果将支撑国家战略决策，推动互联网和IT领域的发展，提升行业生产效率，并对社会生活各个领域产生重大影响。全国信息检索学术会议（CCIR）有着悠久的历史，是中国信息检索领域最重要的盛会。
第二十五届全国信息检索学术会议（The 25th China Conference on Information Retrieval, CCIR 2019）由中国中文信息学会（CIPS）和中国计算机学会（CCF）联合主办，由福州大学承办，将于2019年9月20日-22日在福建福州召开。
本次会议将包含一系列学术活动。会议议程除包含传统的海内外知名学者的大会报告、会议论文报告、Poster交流、评测活动外，还将组织青年学者论坛、博士生指导论坛以及面向热点研究问题的前沿讲习班等。大会也将邀请部分相关国际期刊、会议（如TOIS/SIGIR/WWW/WSDM/CIKM）的中国作者交流论文。为促进参会者更充分的交流，本次大会将继续采用单Session机制，利用社交媒体进行线上交流，并精选部分大会报告现场直播。本次会议将由华东理工大学承办医疗问答相关的技术评测。
本次会议将接收优秀的中英文论文，将接收原创的有关信息检索方向的理念，算法、系统、标准与评估等方面的学术论文。
The 25th China Conference on Information Retrieval (CCIR 2019), co-organized by the Chinese Information Processing Society of China (CIPS) and the China Computer Federation (CCF), will be hosted by Fuzhou University in Fuzhou, Fujian, China on September 20th to 22nd CCIR serves as the major forum for both academic and industry from China and other Asian Countries/Regions to share ideas, present new research results and demonstrate new systems and techniques in the broad field of Information Retrieval (IR).
CCIR 2019 will include abundant academic activities. Besides keynote session, paper presentation session and poster session, we also host doctoral mentoring forums, young scientist forum, evaluation workshops and tutorials on frontier research topics. We will also invite authors in related international conferences (such as SIGIR, WWW, WSDM, CIKM) to share their research. For the more convenient communication, the conference will adopt a single session mechanism, make use of the social media for the online communication, and broadcast part of the event live.
CCIR 2019 invites the submission of original research papers either in Chinese or in English. We welcome original and innovative technical papers on concepts, algorithms, systems, standards, testing & evaluation, applications, and industrial case studies related to information retrieval.
征文要求
本次会议将接收中英文论文。论文必须是未公开发表过的。
中文论文：格式要求参照中文信息学报：http://www.cipsc.org.cn/jsip/tougao.php，全文不超过8000字。所有被CCIR2019录用的中文论文将以论文摘要集的形式发放给与会者，被录用的论文将择优推荐到《计算机学报》、《计算机研究与发展》等期刊的正刊上发表； 会议还将评出优秀学生论文。
英文论文：英文格式要求参照Springer的论文模板，长度为12页。录用论文将由Springer LNCS或LNAI出版。

Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit complete and unpublished papers in English or in Chinese.
Chinese paper: Submissions in Chinese should follow the format of Chinese Information Journal: http://www.cipsc.org.cn/jsip/tougao.php. The full text including abstracts should be no more than 8000 words. All the abstracts of accepted paper in Chinese will be collected and distributed to the attendees. The accepted paper will be recommended to be published on the journal of Chinese Journal of Computers, Journal of Computer Research and Development. The conference will also grant best papers and best student papers awards.
English paper: Submissions in English should follow the LNCS formatting instructions ( http://www.springer.com/cn/computer-science/lncs) of Springer, without exceeding 12 pages. The accepted papers will be published by Springer LNCS.
Submission: All papers have to be submitted electronically via https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ccir2019.
