Busitema University is a public university with the statutory mandate to provide equitable access to higher education. In so doing, the university pursues research and innovation and conducts activities for the dissemination of knowledge with the focus of accelerating socio-economic transformation for rural communities.
In response, Busitema University is organizing an annual conference that will bring together researchers, innovators, manufacturers, policymakers, and implementers to share new knowledge related to Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) in tackling health, agriculture, climate change, and industrialization. This conference is a platform to allow the university community and other researchers to showcase its contribution towards STI-related national priorities as stipulated in NDPIII and Vision 2040.
Submission Guidelines
BUSTIC calls for interdisciplinary research and innovation contributions. The conference is using the EasyChair submission process. In order for you to submit an abstract/ poster, follow the following steps:

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. The registered and presented papers will be published in the BUSTIC2023 proceedings to be published by the Busitema University Journal and archived at the Busitema University Repository.

The conference will be held at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology Conference Hall at Busitema Main Campus, Busia District.
