ATICE'2023: Advanced Technology in Information and Communication Engineering International Humanitarian University Odesa, Ukraine, July 17-20, 2023

The conference “Advanced Technology in Information and Communication Engineering” (ATICE) is organized by a team of faculty and researchers who have hosted an annual, similarly focused conference called “Infocommunications – Present and Future” (IPF) for 10 years at the O.S. Popov Odesa National Academy of Telecommunications (ONAT).

In previous years, the IPF international conference was attended by scientists from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, USA, Turkey, and other countries.

The share of abroad scientists is higher than 30%. For example, the IPF`2020 conference was attended by representatives of 10 universities and 15 companies related to IT and telecommunications.

Based on the materials of the 10th international conference "Infocommunications - Present and Future" in 2021, the book "Current Trends in Communication and Information Technologies" was published by Springer.

In connection with the reorganization of ONAT, most of the team now works at the International Humanitarian University - IHU (Odesa). Therefore, in 2023 the conference will be held on the basis of IHU with the active participation of the already established team of organizers led by Professor Strelkovska I.V.

The main purpose of the ATICE conference is to provide young graduate and doctoral scientists from different countries with the possibility to exchange experience, present their innovative practical projects and scientific results required by the IT industry and telecommunication companies.

This conference is supported by Ukrainian Ministry of Science and Education as well as some international organizations. Each conference paper is a subject of strict plagiarism check, contributed materials relevance verification, and blind peer review of three independent professors from partner universities. This approach uses the EasyChair system.

We invite regular partners and new participants to take part in the “Advanced Technology in Information and Communication Engineering” (ATICE) conference, which will be held in July 2023 at the International Humanitarian University in Odessa.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
