Dear colleagues and authors,
We really appreciate the contributions to the success of the 18th AsiaCALL from participants from the United States, Spain, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Austria, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Thailand, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, and Palestine, and from Vietnam.
We also acknowledge the efficient local organizers from Hoa Sen University who paid great efforts and time to run the 18th AsiaCALL International Conference online. Without you, such effective colleagues, AsiaCALL could not gain such good prestigious fame.
AsiaCALL is honored and delighted to announce that AsiaCALL2022, the 19th International Conference of the Asia Association of Computer-Assisted Language Learning, will be held on November 26-27, 2022. It will be hosted by the Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), Ha Noi, Vietnam, at 298 Cau Dien street, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi, Vietnam.
The Conference will be hybrid - both virtual mode (delegates outside of VN) and face-to-face mode (local delegates).
Conference proceedings will be published by Atlantis Press, part of Springer Nature, indexed in ISI/Web of Science (CPCI) (with a separate publication fee of 189USD/paper). Otherwise, the authors can choose to publish their papers in the AsiaCALL Online Journal or the International Journal of TESOL & Education.
Important dates:
- Abstract submission: 01 April 2022 – 30 July 2022 - extend to 15 August 2022
- Notification of acceptance: 15 August 2022 to 30 August 2022
- Participation confirmation: 1 October 2022
- Full paper submission: 15 October 2022
- Pre-convention workshops: Friday, 25 Nov, 2022
- Conference Dates: 26-27 November 2022
Deadline for conference fee payment: 15 September 2022.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Conference Proceedings will be published by Atlantis Press, indexed in ISI/Web of Science. Please use the template of Atlantis Press (IEEE styles). In case you wish to get your paper published in the AsiaCALL Online Journal (ACOJ) (free of charge), or the International Journal of TESOL & Education, please use the template of ACOJ or IJTE (APA styles). Submissions for both the Atlantis Press Proceedings and the AsiaCALL OnLine Journal will be fully peer-reviewed anonymously.
