October 31- November 1, 2020 Gardenvilla Hotel, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan Hybrid Conference == Real-time Face-to-Face & OnlineThe Asia Pacific Conference on Information Management 2020 will provide an international forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange innovative ideas on various topics of information management and related areas. This conference will be held jointly by the Japan Society for Information and Management (JSIM) and Taiwanese Association for Social Networks (TASN) in collaborations with National University of Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
Submission Guidelines Presentation of Full-Paper and Publication
Category 1. Oral Presentation without Full-Paper:
Those who would like to present a paper at the conference are requested to submit the title and abstract (300-500 words) along with the personal information of authors (name, affiliation, postal address, phone number, fax number and email address) using EasyChair. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed on the basis of relevance and significance to information management and originality. Once notified of abstract acceptance, at least one of the authors is required to Register in order to make Presentation. The submission of full papers is not compulsory.
Category 2. Oral Presentation and Full-Paper:
Alternatively, you may just submit your full paper with the abstract to EasyChair. Your full paper will be peer-reviewed. Full-Papers must be written in English.
In the case that you are a member of the JSIM or JSIM's affiliated Japanese academic societies, your paper may be written in English or Japanese.
Only papers written in English will be considered for publication. Once notified of acceptance, at least one of the authors is required to Register in order to make Presentation.
Category 3. Organized Panel Session:
If you plan to organize a panel session with four or five presenters, please send your proposal with the title, abstract, and panel members to EasyChair by August 20, 2020. Once notified of acceptance, at least one of the authors is required to Register in order to make session.
Formatting and Page limitations:
Those full papers will be thoroughly reviewed for inclusion in the conference proceedings and selected extended papers will be included in post conference publication. Instructions for preparing full papers and sample files in IEEE Conference Format is available on this website. Page limitation for Full-Papers are 4 pages for short-paper, 6-8 pages for long-paper. Japanese paper format is the same as the JSIM national conference (Zenkokutaikai) on this website.
Publication
Selected papers will be included in JSIM Journal Special English Issue (with doi/ISSN, indexed in JSPS J-Stage). Accepted papers will be included in the Proceedins of APCIM2020 (non-indexed, electronic format).
