Call for papers
The ACM Turing Celebration Conference - China (ACM TURC 2019), will be held from May 17-19, 2019 at Chengdu, China, with its key theme on "Interconnected, Inspired, intelligent". This conference will feature world-class plenary speakers, a comprehensive high-quality technical program including 10 symposia, an attractive industry program aimed at practitioners and a variety of tutorials and workshops. The technical program chairs invite the submission of original papers to following symposia for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings. Best paper awards will be selected from accepted papers.

AUTHOR AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All submissions must describe original research not published or currently under review for another conference or journal. It is ACM policy not to allow double submissions, where the same paper is submitted to more than one conference/journal concurrently. Any double submissions detected will be immediately rejected from all conferences/journals involved. Follow these links to learn more:
Prior Publication and Simultaneous Submissions
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the ACM TURC 2019 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in ACM Digital Library, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL or Student rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final ACM formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ACM TURC 2019 Conference Proceedings and submitted to ACM Digital Library.
During the initial paper submission process via Easychair, it is the authors' responsibility to ensure that the author list and the paper title on the Easychair submission page is an exact match to the author list and paper title in the final manuscript. Please be aware that the author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript. All final submissions should be written in English and follow the specific submission instructions of each symposium. Papers should be submitted via
