The contemporary business environment is undergoing profound transformation as technological, geopolitical and environmental disruptions increasingly reshape markets, organisations and economies. Rapid advances in Artificial Intelligence, automation and digital technologies are transforming business models, organisational capabilities, productivity and the future of work. At the same time, geopolitical tensions, wars, trade restrictions and fragmentation of global value chains are redefining the dynamics of international business and supply-chain resilience.
Environmental pressures, including climate change, resource scarcity and the transition towards sustainable energy and production systems, are further influencing business strategy, investment, operations and long-term competitiveness.
These disruptions are no longer isolated. Their increasing interaction is creating compound risks and emerging opportunities, requiring businesses and institutions to rethink conventional approaches to strategy, innovation, resilience, competitiveness and sustainable growth.
This International Conference, themed “Business Beyond Boundaries: Navigating Technological, Geopolitical and Environmental Disruptions,” seeks to provide a dynamic platform for scholars, researchers, industry leaders, policymakers and students to explore these interconnected challenges and their implications for contemporary business.
By fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, evidence-based research and industry–academia–policy engagement, the conference seeks to generate actionable insights that can help organisations navigate uncertainty, strengthen resilience and pursue responsible and sustainable growth.
