Abstract Submission

The fourth edition of the Virtual Words in the World International Conference 2026 (WOW2026) is scheduled for December 4-5, 2026. The deadline for submitting abstracts is October 12, 2026. Decisions of the Scientific Committee will be announced starting October 30, 2026.

Abstracts should be submitted as pdfs and should be no longer than one page. A second page may be optionally included that may only contain references and/or supporting Figures/Tables.

Abstracts should minimally contain:

• a title
• a clear statement of the research context, including key references
• a clear and explicit statement of the issues and/or research questions to be examined
• an indication of the main arguments involved, including key examples, if applicable. In the case of empirical studies in progress, pilot results must be included
• a statement of the conclusions reached and an assessment of their significance.

Abstracts must be anonymous. Authors should only identify themselves on the abstract submission form.
