We are pleased to announce the 1st Workshop in Spatial Intelligence 2019. WSI will be held in Mérida, Yucatán, México. Spatial Intelligence covers topics around earth and phenomena involved with it, including the intersection with severals trends such Spatial Data Science and Smart Cities, all of them around Geographical and Spatial Data. It has derived in new challenges and opportunities to the GIS research community. This workshop will present research concerning to advances in GIS field related to Spatial Data Science and GIS mainly. It is co-organized by: Labmovil, UPIITA-IPN, CENTROGEO Yucatán, and ANTACOM and under the umbrella of WITCOM Conferences. We invite you to submit full academic papers to the conference, related to the following topics, but not restricted to:
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

All submissions will be refereed for quality, originality, and relevance by the Program Committee. Accepted papers will be published in the CCIS series of Springer
Acceptance of a paper means an obligation for at least one of the authors to attend the conference in order to present the paper. Otherwise, the accepted submission will not appear in the published proceedings.
Presentation
At least one author per accepted paper must register and attend the conference to present the accepted submission. Otherwise, the accepted submission will not appear in the published conference proceedings.
Paper Format - Manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format and formatted using the templates available at the web site of Spatial Intelligence Workshop (they corresponding to Springer CCIS Series). All submissions will be refereed for quality, originality, and relevance by the Program Committee
