We Robot 2027 is an international platform to discuss current and future robotics and AI policy. We bring together academics, policymakers, business leaders and the broader expert community to discuss shared strategies for managing the rapid advancements in robotics and AI. As the 15th annual conference, We Robot 2027 will be hosted by the Institute for Ethics in AI at the University of Oxford.

Submission Guidelines

Abstracts should be between 500 and 750 words, not including bibliography.

Please do not include your name or contact information in the body of your submission.

Please limit your contributions to: maximum 1 abstract as a solo author and up to 3 as a co-author.

We also ask that submitted abstracts are for papers that are not already published/forthcoming elsewhere/presented at a conference with proceedings.

Papers may be reviewed by AI detection, whose feedback will be instructive but not determinative. We ask that you declare if and how AI was used in your submission.
