All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

UPC'2021 proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society

UPC 2021 will be held in conjonction with IEEE ASCOS 2021 ACSOS 2021 (researchr.org).

The conference and the Worshops will take place in Washington DC virtually from September 27 to October 1, 2021.
