Computational Intelligence has become an integral part of human civilization. There is seldom any field where computational intelligence has not left its profound impact. With the growing demand for intelligence enabled solutions, scientists and researchers all over the globe are investing their efforts for evolving more robust and failsafe solutions for the future. In fact, computational intelligence is not limited to specific technological domains. It has made inroads in signal processing, smart manufacturing, predictive control, robot navigation, smart cities, sensor design to name a few. To be precise, it now finds applications in almost every sphere of this work-a-day world starting from science to engineering to medicine and business. Keeping in mind the stress laid out by the Government of India on promotion and use of computationally intelligent futuristic solutions, lots of efforts have been invested of late.
The proposed Symposium on Computational Intelligence is one such attempt in this direction. The 2020 Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Applications (SympoCIA 2020) organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India is a one-day event to be held in virtual mode on December 06, 2020. The symposium aims to provide a platform for nurturing young and aspiring scientists towards the foundations, techniques, tools, and applications of computational intelligence.
Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts (within 8 pages) reporting original unpublished research and recent developments on computational intelligence. Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address. The paper should not contain page numbers. The SympoCIA organizers regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and when identified, the submissions by the same author will be rejected. A submission SHOULD NOT be intended to get reviews from the Program Committee for the sole purpose of improving on the quality of the paper. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favourable response from the conference organizers. Moreover, SympoCIA doesn't encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted.
