2021 3rd Symposium on Signal Processing Systems (SSPS 2021) is an important international gathering of scholars, educators and PhD students. It will take place in Beijing, China during March 26-28, 2021. First conference was held in Beijing (2019) during September 20-22, 2019 successfully. SSPS2020 was held during July 11-13 virtually as planned. Due to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are shifting SSPS 2020 to a virtual meeting with the goal of providing an engaging and meaningful experience for those who had expected to attend. SSPS is an annual meeting that includes invited talks, oral presentations and poster presentations of refereed papers. We invite submissions of papers and abstracts on all topics related to Signal Processing Systems. It aims to bring together diversity of authors and speakers from many nations and regions to share ideas and new perspectives in both theoretical and practical aspects of signal processing.
