Smart Public Building Project & openHAB Foundation Academic Initiative 2018
October 19-20, 2018 | Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart
Innovative smart home technologies are currently gaining more and more user acceptance. Besides being used in private homes, these smart new technologies will complement classical building automation for public and commercial buildings. The Smart Public Building (SPB) Project addresses the needs of public institutions for utilization of smart home technologies. It will develop new approaches and concepts based on an established open source platform for smart home automation (openHAB).
Additionally, the SPB-project will promote a community-building process for universities, institutions and private stakeholders to leverage the different experiences and approaches of smart buildings. For more Information about the Smart Public Building project visit: http://www.hft-stuttgart.de/Forschung/i_city/Handlungsfelder/Explorative-Projekte-i-city/Exploratives-Projekt-SPUB/de/
