Dear all,
The SOAR event is a research meeting organized under the NSERC CREATE Program on Software Analytics Research (SOAR). You can find the more details about SOAR using the following link: https://soar.usask.ca/. The event provides a vibrant platform for graduate students, academic researchers, and industry partners to share their latest insights, tools, and experiences in software analytics and software engineering. The event aims to foster collaboration between academia and industry by showcasing ongoing research, encouraging data-driven decision-making in software development, and promoting interdisciplinary learning. Through Keynote talks, research lighting talks, poster presentations, participants engage in discussions on how analytics can improve software quality, developer productivity, and sustainability in modern software systems.
This year, the SOAR event features:
- Student research presentations and posters
- Short video presentations
- Networking opportunities among students, professors, and industrial collaborators
- Refreshments and entertainment
The evant not only highlights innovative research in software analytics but also helps participants enhance their professional communication skills and prepare for collaborative, real-world problem-solving in software engineering contexts.
