SMA 2020 will provide an excellent forum for addressing research issues of concern within the Smart Media and Applications. SMA 2020 concentrates on innovative solutions to complex problems in all areas of industry and sciences using advanced techniques in Smart Media and Computer Science Applications. It involves Smart Media, Smart Software Applications, Smart Information, Smart Services, and so on. Authors are invited to submit original papers in all areas related to the Smart Media and Applications.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original papers: they must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors have published elsewhere or have submitted in parallel to journals or any other conferences that have proceedings.
The submission must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or obvious references.
Submissions must be formatted using two-columns and may be up to 8 pages in length, including all tables, figures, appendices, and references. We also welcome 4 page short paper submissions.

Publication
All papers will be fully refereed and undergo a blind review process by at least three referees. All accepted papers will be published as an ACM proceeding and will be included in the ACM Digital Library. Extended versions of selected papers will be published in several International Journals (SCIE) as a special section for the SMA 2020.
