The 1st International Conference on Smart Innovations, Engineering Systems & Design(SIESD-2025) is a multidisciplinary platform dedicated to advancing research and innovationin engineering, sustainability, and smart technologies. Jointly organized with the Institution ofEngineers (India), Uttarakhand State Centre, and in collaboration with CSIR-Central BuildingResearch Institute (CBRI), a premier institution in construction and building science, theconference focuses on five pivotal tracks: Hill Infrastructure Development, tacklingchallenges in hilly terrains with solutions for slope stability and ecological preservation;Resilient and Disaster-Resistant Design, emphasizing earthquake-resistant structures anddisaster preparedness; Intelligent Design, exploring IoT, AI, and advanced computing forinfrastructure optimization; Green Technology & Sustainability, promoting eco-friendlypractices and energy-efficient systems; and Smart Materials & Innovation, showcasingadvancements in nanotechnology and self-healing materials.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Advance Hill Infrastructure Development: To address the unique challenges of hillregions by exploring solutions for slope stability, ecological preservation, and smarttransportation systems.
-
Disaster Resilience: To share knowledge on disaster-resistant designs, earlywarning systems, and community-based disaster preparedness.
-
Intelligent Technologies: To emphasize the application of IoT, AI, BIM,and other intelligent systems in optimizing infrastructure and engineering designs.
-
Green and Sustainable Practices: To highlight advancements in greentechnologies, waste-to-energy solutions, and energy-efficient systems for sustainabledevelopment.
-
Material Innovations: To explore breakthroughs in nanotechnology, self-healing materials, and energy storage systems for future-ready infrastructure.
-
Next-Generation Solutions: To encourage the development of solutions thataddress global challenges such as climate change, urbanization, and resourceefficiency.
-
Full papers must have a clearly reflecting title which shows the content and focus of the research, an abstract describing a concise summary of the study's objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. The paper must include an introduction describing the research problem, its significance, and the objectives of the study. The paper must have a detailed methodology and must present the findings of the study, accompanied by tables, figures, or charts with proper discussion of the results explaining their implications, limitations, and relevance to existing work. The full summary describing the key findings and suggesting directions for future research must be present with references at last.
