SMART GRID TECHNOLOGY AND SOLUTIONS FOR SMART CITIES (SGSC2021)
Scope of the Call – Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
Smart Grid Technology and Solutions for Smart Cities is a numerate and quantitative text covering subjects of proven technical and economic importance worldwide. Smart Grid is an essential component of every nation’s strategy, especially when there is responsibility for the environment and sustainability. This book will consider the nuances of smart grid components and technology. It discusses various security vulnerability aspects and demonstrates how modern applications and case studies of smart cities improve smart grids’ security. Also, Smart Grid significantly contributes to deploying smart cities, which can deliver a cleaner and sustainable environment for the generations to come. Smart Grid Technology and Solutions for Smart Cities supports multi-disciplinary master’s degrees in science and engineering and specialist modules in science and engineering first degrees. Since many practicing scientists and engineers will not have general training in smart grids and smart cities, the book has broader use in colleges and universities. The whole book is structured to the interdisciplinary nature of smart grid-enabled smart cities, which is very useful for basic research and application. Throughout the book and in the appendices, we will include essential and useful reference material. We do not see the world as divided sharply between developed industrialized countries and developing countries of the Third World. Smart Grid facilitated Smart Cities are necessary globally. This is meaningful to us personally since we wish our energies to be directed toward a just and sustainable society, increasingly free of poverty and the threat of cataclysmic war. We sincerely believe the development and application of smart city technology will favor these aspirations.
