The Symposium on Computational Fabrication invites the submission of high-quality, previously unpublished, novel technical work in computational fabrication. Accepted papers will be given an oral presentation slot at the conference and will be archived in the ACM Digital Library.
Submission Guidelines
Demo submissions are due at 9:00 PDT on Monday September 19th.
Demo submissions should be max 2 pages long, should not be anonymized, and should use the ACM 2-column format from the ACM Overleaf template.
In your demo submission, include a section named "Demo Requirements" which describe the physical demo you would bring to SCF '22 Seattle/what conference attendees would experience and any requirements you have (table space, electricity, lighting conditions).
The demo track is juried. While we aim to accept as many demos as possible, we do have a limited amount of space available for our *physical and in-person conference*! We will announce accepted demos by September 24th.
Papers are due at 11:59pm PDT on July 14th.
There is no page limit. As a guideline, please consider papers in the range of ~7,500-10,000 words.
Papers should be anonymized. De-anonymized papers will be desk rejected.
For the paper formatting, follow the ACM SIGGRAPH Instructions for Authors, paraphrased here:
If using LaTeX, use the Overleaf template or the acmart package with the parameters \documentclass[manuscript,anonymous,review]{acmart}.
If using Word, use this template.
In either case, the expected format is a single-column document with wide line spacing suitable for review. Please use "author year" citations, not numbered citations.
