The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions
Accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions only
Initial submissions must be full papers 4 pages long (anonymous)
Blind peer-to-peer reviewing will be provided for all regular papers
Special awards will be given to the most highly evaluated paper, the most accurate reviewer and the most active participant
All papers accepted and presented at the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore database and will be cross-referred in SCOPUS
Best papers submitted and presented during the conference will be proposed for considering to IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications
Venue
The conference will be held in the building of the Faculty of Power and Electrical Engineering of RTU (Latvia, Riga, Azenes street 12/1). Riga, the capital of Latvia with a population of about seven hundred thousand inhabitants, is a modern city, which has a lot to offer both in terms of history, culture and social life. The climate of Riga/Bauska is humid continental. Typical temperature in October is from 5 to 100C, precipitation level – 60mm, mean monthly sunshine hours – 100.
