The 3rd Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum (RIHF3) is a high-level event that aims to bring together government officials, knowledgeable practitioners, and key decision makers of the humanitarian world. The theme of the Forum will be - the “Evolving Humanitarian Needs: development and response”.
It is an opportunity for principled humanitarians to gather to drive meaningful change and explore ways to deliver assistance more efficiently.
More specifically, the event will focus on addressing the most pertinent issues of the current global humanitarian challenges, and facilitate discussions on the importance of developing, strengthening and delivering humanitarian assistance according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency to affected populations worldwide.
