Advanced Researches in Artificial Intelligence: Machine Learning and Data Sciences
RIF2021 conference is established by the LIRE member researcher women, to call upon experts from the fields of big data, artificial intelligence and software engineering. Nowadays, most emerging systems generate data that are subject to change over time due to external conditions resulting in non-stationary data distributions. RIF2021 adheres with the idea of needing to do more “knowledge creation”: to develop Machine Learning and Data Mining methods that sift through large amounts of streaming data and extract useful high-level knowledge from there, without human supervision or with very little of it. It will act as a major forum for the presentation of innovative ideas, approaches, developments and research projects in the area of the advanced aspects in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering.
The topics suggested by this seminary can be discussed in term of concepts, surveys, state of the art, research, implementations, running experiments, applications and industrial case studies. They may include:
- Novel methods and algorithms in machine learning and data mining
- Smart Software Systems
- Semantic interoperability, Ontologies and Linked Data
- Big data and Data science
- Modern and Emerging Systems (Internet of Things, Cyber-Physical Systems, Fog Systems, Cloud Systems, etc.)
- Covid-19 pandemic and online learning
- Artificial intelligence and its applications to COVID-19
- Machine learning for COVID-19 tracking and prediction models
- Information technologies to support vaccine development
In the context of COVID-19 pandemic, which has successfully forced global shutdown of several activities, including educational activities, resulting in tremendous crisis-response migration of universities with online learning serving as the educational platform, this edition of RIF2021 will devote a specific workshop ATel-RIF2021 offering a rich program that includes highly-qualified discourses of industrial and research participants. The crisis-response migration methods of universities, faculty and students, challenges and opportunities will be discussed in ATel-RIF2021 workshop through some enlightening research and effective tools to deal with:
- Comprehensive awareness on the migration methods of instructional delivery adopted by universities, faculty and students,
- Challenges and opportunities as the world battle to eradicate the pandemic,
- Dependency of online learning on technological equipment while Maintaining academic Digital transformation and attitudinal modifications,
- Innovative approaches to teaching IT specific skills such as coding, testing, system integration,
- Assessment and evaluation of student learning,
- Discussion of experiences.
Submission Guidelines:
Authors should prepare their manuscript according to IEEE template and do not exceed 8 pages. All papers will be peer-reviewed by independent reviewers. The submission website is http://easychair.org/conferences/con=rif2021
